What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA therapy, is a scientific approach to understanding and changing behavior by considering environmental variables that affect learning. Early intensive behavioral intervention involves applying principles of ABA to support the developmental needs of young children. Through individualized assessment and intervention, we identify areas of strength and areas for growth in various developmental domains such as communication, social skills, and life skills. Interventions are tailored to the unique needs of each child, focusing on teaching new skills, reducing challenging behaviors, and promoting independence. Through early intervention, we aim to maximize developmental outcomes and improve the overall quality of life for children and their families.
